Any customer can order products that are only in digital format (e-book) on the website https://oanavoda.com by adding each product in the “Shopping Cart”. The order will be completed as soon as the payment will be made by online payment by bank card or bank transfer.

How do I pay?
Payment for ordered products can be made by bank transfer to the account: RO64BTRLRONCRT0605498501, BANCA TRANSILVANIA or online, with the card in full security, the cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logo VISA and MASTERCARD
Cash on delivery is impossible for digital products.
Payment is mandatory for order processing.

How do I access the electronic product?
After receiving the payment, the customer will have access to the restricted content ordered by accessing the “My Account” page where he will be able to view the order summary, the details of the created account, to change his access password.

Digital products are sent only in electronic format, on the user account page, so there are no physical products to be delivered to the customer by mail or courier companies to the address indicated by him.
