Journey

Consistent performance is the result of a trained mind.

I work at the intersection of elite sport and organizational environments, applying principles from neuroscience, performance psychology, and behavioral science to develop mental clarity, emotional self-regulation, and consistent performance in the moments that matter.

In recent years, I've worked with the Romanian Handball Federation on the mental preparation of the national squads, with CS Gloria 2018 Bistrița-Năsăud, and with organizations and companies looking to build sustainable performance by developing their people, teams, and leaders.
